what you need
- 8 eggs
- 1 tablespoon chopped green bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon chopped tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon chopped onion
- 1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to your taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 to 2 tablespoon Crisco Oil
make it
Break eggs in large bowl. Whisk with wire whip until well blended.
Add: bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, cheese, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
Pour oil in large non-stick skillet. Heat on medium. Pour egg mixture in hot skillet. Cook until slightly firm, or however you like your eggs.
Notes
Serve with sliced tomatoes, toast, and bacon, or meat of your choice.
Very good for any meal, especially supper.
