what you need
- 1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Splenda
- 2 boxes (8 oz. each) Cool Whip, divided
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, no sugar added (well drained)
make it
Bake pie crust and set aside.
Mix until well blended, cream cheese, sugar, 1 box Cool Whip. Fold in pineapple, mixing well. Pour in baked and cooled pie crust. Top with Cool Whip.
Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
You would never know it was sugar free.
