what you need
- 1 large can crushed Dole Pineapple (do not drain)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 (9 inch) pie crusts
make it
Mix pineapple, sugar and flour.
Pour in 9-inch pie crust, and top with another pie crust. Cut slits in top crust, and Sprinkle crust with sugar.
Bake at 425 degrees F until brown.
Notes
If you like pineapple, you will love this. You just make it like you would an apple pie or any fruit pie.
I like it served warm with ice cream.
