what you need
  • Crust:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup (4-ounces) finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • Filling:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 4 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Mayonnaise
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
make it
In bowl, combine crust ingredients. Reserve 1/2 cup of crumb mixture for topping. Press remaining crumb mixture in bottom of 13x9 inch, greased, baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.

In mixing bowl, slightly beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Pour over baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
