Nanny's Lemon Cream Pie

what you need
  • 1 baked 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 small box lemon instant pudding & pie filling (sugar free)
  • 1 box (8 oz.) Cool Whip
make it
Bake pie crust at 450 for about 25-30 minutes or until brown.

Beat cream cheese with wire whip. Gradually add milk, beating well. Pour in lemon instant pudding & pie filling, mixing well. Add 1/2 box of Cool Whip. Mix all ingredients well.

Pour lemon filling in cooled pie crust, and top with remaining 1/2 box of Cool Whip.
