what you need
- 1 pound hot sausage
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can Ro*Tel
- 1 pound Velveeta Cheese, cubed
make it
Brown sausage and onions in skillet.
When sausage turns brown and onions are turning soft, transfer this to a crock-pot. Add soups, Ro*Tel, and cheese.
Place lid on the crock-pot and let the items warm till cheese is melted and all ingredients are mixed. Stir often so the dip doesn't stick.
Notes
Great with cut up veggies and corn chips.
We have even used this dip as a dressing for a taco type salad.
