- Chocolate Crumb Crust:
- 1/2 cup vanilla wafer crumbs (45 cookies)
- 6 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- 6 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 6 Tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3 pkg. (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 oz.) carnation sweetened condensed milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla

Prepare crumb crust: Stir together vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and melted butter. Press onto bottom and 1 inch up side of 9 inch springform pan.
Preheat oven to 350°F. In bowl, stir together butter and cocoa until smooth; set aside. In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese, add cocoa mixture and beat well. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour into prepared crust.
Bake 1 hour and five minutes. Remove from oven to wire rack. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool to room temperature. Remove rim. Refrigerate. Top with whipped cream and/or cocoa and chocolate shavings.
Notes
You might like to try it with a teaspoon of coffee added to the cream cheese and cocoa mixture, or top it with fresh berries.
