what you need
- 1/2 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 - 1/4 cup frozen asparagus stir fry vegetables
- 1 Tbsp. stir fry sauce
- 1/4 cup Minute Instant Brown Rice
make it
1. Cut up chicken in bite size pieces and brown in medium skillet (or grill chicken on indoor or outdoor grill, then cut up and add to vegetables.)
2. Add frozen vegetables to skillet, along with 1/8 to 1/4 cup water. Cook on low heat until vegetables are tender.
3. Meanwhile, prepare rice as directed on package.
4. When vegetables are cooked, drain most of the water from the chicken/vegetable mixture, leaving in a little water. Return to heat and add the stir fry sauce. Mix well.
5. Serve stir fry over sauce.
