Easy Foil Pack Chicken Dinner

what you need
  • 6 bone in chicken breast
  • 1 1/2 cups Kraft Parmesan Italian with Basil Salad Dressing, divided
  • 3-4 ears fresh corn (shucked & cut into 4 inch sections)
  • 3-4 medium tomatoes (sliced in 3/4 inch slices)
  • 4 large Vidalia onions (sliced in 1/2 inch slices)
  • Pepper to taste
  • Reynolds Hot Bags Foil Bags (or use Heavy Duty Wrap to make your own bag)

Marinate the chicken breast in 1 cup of Kraft Parmesan Italian with Basil Salad Dressing for 3-24 hours. Marinate the veggies in 1/2 cup of Kraft Parmesan Italian with Basil Salad Dressing for 3-24 hours.

Once ingredients have marinated, combine all of the ingredients in the Hot Bag Foil Bag and seal the end by folding over.

Cook in Oven or on the Grill

GRILL: Over medium heat place foil bag directly on grill and cover/close lid and cook for 1 hour 15 minutes.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place foil bag on a cookie sheet and cook for 1 hour 15 minutes.

Either cooking method, remove from oven or grill, cut slit in top of bag to release steam. Serve with rice of your choice.
You can substitue Kraft Fat Free Italian or any other flavor or type of Kraft Italian Dressing for the Kraft Parmesan Italian with Basil Salad Dressing.
