Moist Zucchini Brownies

Makes: 9" x 13" pan - 24 servings Total Time: 50 min

what you need
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 cups grated zucchini
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
make it
Mix all ingredients together.

Pour into a greased 9" x 13" cake pan.

Bake in 350 degrees F oven for about 35 to 40 minutes.
Notes
Brownies will be moist with a cake like consistency. No eggs are needed for these brownies, and kids will not know there is a vegetable hidden inside.
