Creamy Potatoes

what you need
  • 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onions
  • 2 cup grated Velveeta cheese
  • 2 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine
make it
Mix together the first 8 ingredients. Place in a lightly greased 13x9 pan.

Mix together the corn flakes and melted margarine. Put on top of potato mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or till brown and bubbly.
This is a very quick and easy side dish. Great served with any meat entree and a salad. Very kid-friendly.
