what you need
- 12 hard cooked eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 Dijon mustard
- 1 red bell pepper
make it
Peel eggs; cut in half. Remove yolks; place in bowl. Mash yolks with fork. Add mayonnaise and mustard; mix well. Spoon evenly into egg whites.
Slice bell pepper and then cut diagonally to make 24 small triangular shapes. Place two triangles of the bell pepper into each egg to make "devil's horns". Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
Notes
Great to add fresh copped chives and parsley into the egg yolk mixture.
