what you need
  • 20 squares Honey Maid Chocolate Graham Crackers, finely crushed (about 2 cups crumbs)
  • 1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup caramel topping, divided
  • 3/4 cup Planter's Cocktail peanuts, chopped, divided
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
make it
Mix graham crackers and margarine in small bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup crumb mixture. Press remaining crumb mixture on bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate. Freeze 15 minutes.

Swirl 1/2 cup caramel topping and 1/2 cup peanuts into ice cream in medium bowl with wooden spoon. Spoon into crust. Top with reserved 1/4 cup crumb mixture. Drizzle with remaining caramel sauce; sprinkle with remaining peanuts.

Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Garnish with Cool Whip, if desired.
