what you need
- 1 package (12-16 oz.) spiral pasta
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into ½” pieces
- 1-2 tsp. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 1 ½ cups KRAFT shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup KRAFT LIGHT DONE RIGHT! Raspberry Vinaigrette Reduced Fat Dressing

Cook pasta according to package directions until fully cooked but still firm. After draining the pasta, run it under cold water to stop cooking.
Meanwhile, toss chicken pieces in lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook chicken in a non-stick skillet until just done. Allow chicken to sit and cool.
Toss pasta and chicken together with the cheese and the dressing. Chill about two hours before serving.
