Makes: 6 servings Total Time: 1 hr 30 min

what you need
  • 1-2 heaping Tbsp. bacon grease [save bacon grease when you fry bacon, even if you do it in microwave]
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
  • whole chicken - either boneless skinless or whole fryer
make it
In skillet melt bacon grease over med. high heat. In a bowl mix the eggs. Have another bowl to mix the flour and corn flake crumbs

Dip chicken pieces in egg batter. Then place in flour and corn flake mixture [you could also use a Ziploc baggie] Coat chicken well.

Place chicken in skillet. Cook untill chicken is well done, brown and crispy. Depending on type of chicken used will determin cooking time. Turn often until done.
Notes
This also makes great chicken fingers! It may not be a fast meal but its worth the time, your family will love it .
