what you need
- Garlic
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup or 4 oz breadcrumbs
- 2 oz. milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 oz. oil
- 2 oz. flour
- Spaghetti sauce of your choice
- Grated parmesan cheese
make it
1. Combine garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, milk and egg.
2. Mix in meat and shape into balls.
3. Heat oil in a large frying pan.
4. Dredge meatballs in flour and then brown.
5. Add half of the sauce to the pan.
6. Simmer for 20 minutes.
7. Serve with spaghetti, remaining sauce and sprinkle the top with the cheese.
