what you need
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat wide noodles (measured dry)
- 1 can (6 oz.) or 1 pouch (3 oz.) tuna in water
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Free Miracle Whip
- 1/2 cup low fat cheddar broccoli soup, undiluted
- 1 cup vegetable blend, such as broccoli and cauliflower, thawed

Prepare noodles as directed on package. Drain noodles, reserving a little of the water. Return noodles with remaining water to pan.
Combine tuna with Miracle Whip. Add tuna mixture, along with soup and vegetables, to pan with noodles over low heat. Mix well.
Cook until heated thoroughly (about 10 minutes).
Notes
Low fat and very healthy - protein, whole grains, and vegetables! Try topping with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, or crushed crackers.
