Bake wings for approximately 40 minutes at 375 degrees until the wings are thoroughly cooked, the skin is brown and slightly crispy. Remove from oven.
Line two more cookie sheets with aluminum foil Pour barbeque sauce into a small bowl. Using tongs dip the hot cooked wings into the barbeque sauce and place on to the clean cookie sheets in one layer. Bake the wings an additional 20 minutes at 350 degrees to set the sauce.
Notes
Prep time 15 minutes -- Baking time 1 hour.
Everyone loves these wings. They disappear before any other appetizer.
They are lower in fat because a lot of the fat is removed during the first baking.
You get the real flavor of the sauce because it clings to the cooked wings.
It's very easy. Clean-up is easy too -- just toss the aluminum foil.
