Meatballs Stroganoff

what you need
  • 3 lb. bag frozen meatballs
  • 1 can cream mushroom soup
  • 1 small jar mushrooms, drained (optional)
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 oz. cream cheese cubed
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp. dried thyme
make it
Place all of the ingredients into the crock-pot. It is ok if the meatballs are frozen.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Notes
I put this over egg noodles for dinner and I have also just served these as an appetizer at parties. You can also serve it with rice or on hoagies as a sandwich. I do suggest the mushrooms if you are making this as a dinner.
