Stuffing Spinach Balls

what you need
  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing
  • 1 bag frozen, chopped spinach
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted oleo
make it
Prepare stuffing according to box directions. Let cool. Prepare spinach following package directions and let cool. Drain spinach VERY well! Squeeze excess liquid with hands.

Combine stuffing with eggs, cheese, and oleo. Add spinach; mix well. Form walnut-sized balls.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for about 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool on rack, serve and enjoy!
