what you need
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 5 1/2 cups water
- 16 oz. yellow rice mix
make it
1. Fry chicken and oil in 6 qt. sauce pan, or Dutch oven, until chicken is no longer pink outside.
2. Add water and rice mix.
3. Cover and simmer for at least 20 minutes.
4. Serve and enjoy.
Notes
A 1/2 diced onion may be added in step 1 to the other ingredients.
Leftovers taste great. Just microwave to warm up.
