Whole Wheat Croutons

Makes: 5 servings, about 1&2/3 cups Total Time: 35 min

what you need
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 slices whole wheat day-old bread
make it
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In small bowl, combine oil and garlic.
3. Using pastry brush, paint over lightly both sides of bread.
4. Trim crusts and cut bread into 1/2-inch cubes. Bake on baking sheets for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
