what you need
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
make it
1. In mixing bowl, combine turkey, bread crumbs, salt, sage, nutmeg, pepper and garlic, until evenly distributed. Shape into wiener, meatball or patty shapes.

2. Cook over medium-high in nonstick skillet for about 15 minutes, turning, until brown on all sides and cooked through.
