what you need
- Olive oil
- 1 (2 lb.) fresh salmon filet or 4 frozen filets
- 1-1/2 tsp. Cajun powder seasoning
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dash of onion powder
make it
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place olive oil on the bottom of a 9x13 inch glass baking dish.
Season salmon with Cajun, garlic, salt and pepper, and onion powder and add to dish.
Place in oven for 45-50 minutes, depending on how rare you like your salmon.
Notes
Most ovens are not the same and the thickness of the salmon are different too, so the cooking time may take longer, or even less, due to the size of the filet.
