what you need
  • 1 box (8 1/2 ounce) Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 can (16 ounce) whole kernel corn with liquid
  • 1 can (16 ounce) creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
make it
Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl until blended.

Pour into 1-quart baking dish.

Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes or until lightly browned and set.
