Ham & Brie Croissants with Thyme Infused Mayonnaise

what you need
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 4 Tbsp. mayo
  • 1 pkg. thin sliced honey or brown sugar cured ham
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 small red onion
  • Leaf lettuce
  • 4 croissants
  • 4 Tbsp. brie
make it
One hour before start of cooking mix thyme & mayo. Cover & refrigerate to allow flavors to blend.

Sear ham in skillet or fry pan until hot & browned. While ham is cooking thinly slice tomato & onion and break lettuce into sandwich sized pieces.

Cut croissants in half lengthwise. Spread 1/2 Tbsp. mayo on each half of each croissant. Spread 1 Tbsp. brie on bottom half of each croissant. Layer cooked ham, lettuce, tomato, & onion on top of brie. Add top half of croissant.
