Squash Casserole

what you need
  • 6 squash, peeled and sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 box cornbread stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (or any other cream soup you like)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • Cracker crumbs
make it
Boil squash and onions in salted water until tender.

Melt butter in 9x13 pan. Mix in cornbread stuffing and spread in pan. Drain cooked squash & onion pour on top of cornbread stuffing. Mix creamed soup with 2 cans of water & pour over all. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
