Italian Roast Beef Crock-Pot

what you need
  • 5 to 6 lb. roast, chuck, rump or sirloin tip
  • 1 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing seasoning mix
  • Pepperoncini peppers
  • Juice from pepperoncini peppers
make it
Place roast and all ingredients in crock-pot or slow cooker.

Cook all day or overnight until tender enough to shred with a fork.

Serve on hoagie buns.
