Crock-Pot Chicken and Stuffing

what you need
  • 4 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
make it
Place frozen chicken on bottom of crock-pot.

Mix stuffing, cream of mushroom soup, water, and chicken broth in separate bowl. Pour mixture over chicken.

Set crock-pot on low and cook for 8 hours.

Rated  by mayramtz on 5/17/2010 The recipe was runny because I used 2 small cans of cream of mushroom. The 2nd time around, I used 1 and 1/2 and it came out perfect. SUPER EASY AND YUMMY!
