Apple Tortillas

what you need
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 5 fat-free flour tortillas
  • 3 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
make it
Mix together pie filling, cinnamon, and raisins. Evenly divide filling over half of each tortilla. Fold each tortilla in half to make a semi-circle.

Place filled tortillas on baking sheet sprayed lightly with vegetable cooking spray. Mix together sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle top of each tortilla with cinnamon sugar mixture.

Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
