what you need
- 1/2 head shredded cabbage
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 pkg. Ramen noodles, Oriental or Chicken flavored, break apart in small pieces
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2 oz. sliced almonds
- Dressing:
- 1 pkg. Ramen Noodle seasoning packet
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 6 tablespoons rice or wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons sugar

Mix cabbage, onions, uncooked Ramen noodles Add sesame seeds and almonds.
Dressing:
Mix seasoning packet, oil, vinegar and sugar. Cover and place in refrigerator until serving time, then toss or shake to blend. Pour over salad and toss. Ready to serve.
