- CRUST
- 2/3 cup pancake mix
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1 egg
- 1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
- 5 oz. diced tomatoes with chilies, including juice
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
- Sprinkle of Italian seasoning
- Sprinkle of basil seasoning
- Sprinkle of oregano seasoning
- 2 cups Kraft Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

THE CRUST: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl, add the pancake mix, water and egg. Stir until completely blended. Spread in a greased 9-inch pan or pie plate.
In a 5-inch fry pan, brown the meat over medium heat until no pink shows. Drain fat. Add the diced tomatoes with chilies and the juice. Add the onion. Fold in the spaghetti sauce. Stir in the sprinkle of Italian, basil and oregano seasonings. Set aside.
Place the first cup of cheese on top of the crust. Add the meat. Place the second cup of cheese on top.
Put in the oven for 22-25 minutes. Slice, serve, and enjoy.
Notes
Try it with ground turkey, chicken, or sausage. Great with pepperoni.
