what you need
- 3-4 hard boiled eggs
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 bag lettuce or salad greens
- 1 bottle real bacon bits
- 1 box frozen peas, thawed
- 1 bag (8 oz.) shredded cheddar or Colby-Jack cheese
make it
1. Boil eggs for 10 minutes or until done. While eggs are boiling, slice green onions. Mix sugar and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
2. When eggs are cool, chop eggs.
3. In a large glass bowl, place lettuce or salad greens. Then layer green onions, egg, bacon, and peas over the lettuce.
4. Spread mayonnaise mixture over the peas, so that peas are completely covered. Top with the cheddar or Colby-Jack cheese.
4. Refrigerate between 2 hours and overnight to allow flavors to blend.
