Stuffed Chicken Rolls

what you need
  • 4-6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Bread crumbs - to roll in
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1 jar chicken gravy or 1 can cream of mushroom soup
make it
Wrap chicken breasts in plastic wrap, pound to thickness desired. Mix bread crumbs, broth, eggs, and cheese till thick. Spoon mixture into pounded chicken breasts. Roll chicken tucking in ends. Tie rolls with kitchen twine or tooth pick. Roll each roll in dry bread crumbs.

Place in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add butter on top of chicken rolls. Pour chicken gravy over rolls.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Using the chicken broth in this recipe keeps the stuffing moist when cooking. You may add chopped mushrooms to this as well.
