Anne's Roasted Potato Casserole

what you need
  • 4 large Yukon gold potatoes, sliced thin
  • 4 onions, sliced thin
  • 4 Tbsp. beef bouillon granules
  • 1 stick butter, room temperature
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Butter flavor cooking spray
make it
Spray the inside of a 9 x 13 dish with the butter flavor spray.

Layer 1/2 of the potatoes and 1/2 of the onions in the dish. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp. of the beef bouillon granules and dot with butter; repeat layering with remaining ingredients.

Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serve immediately.
Notes
Sometimes I will top this with either Kraft Romano or Cheddar cheese.

Men absolutely love this dish (even though it's a casserole).
