what you need
- 2 cups diced fresh mangoes (avoid fibrous parts)
- 2 cups fresh peaches, pitted and chopped
- 1 small red bell pepper, seeded, de-ribbed, and coarsely chopped
- 1 small red onion, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 medium clove of garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno pepper finely chopped (optional)
- 6 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
