Enchilada 'Chicken' Casserole

what you need
  • 1 can (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (15 oz.) enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 3 1/2 cups tortilla chips, crushed
make it
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Pour the mixture into a greased 1.5 quart casserole dish.

Bake for 25 minutes.
** Add rice or sour cream and salsa if preferred. **
