Scalloped Corn

what you need
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 crushed salt crackers
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 strips bacon
make it
Mix corn, cheese, crackers, milk and egg in a bowl.

Pour into greased loaf pan. Place bacon on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
