Tuna Ramen Casserole

what you need
  • 1 can (10.75 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. (5 oz.) sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cans (6.5 oz. each) solid white tuna packed in water, drained
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas
  • 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) ramen noodles, broken into chunks
make it
Combine soup, mushrooms, onion, and 1 cup water in slow cooker. Cover. Cook on low 4 to 6 hours.

Stir in tuna, peas, and noodles. Cook until noodles are tender, 1 to 2 hours more, stirring every 1/2 hour.

Rated  by bameiboo on 2/17/2010 Very tasty. The only changes I made were to add some milk and a spoon of mayo and pimentos so it would be like my oven baked recipe. I also am glad to have used those ramen noodles that were in my cupboard! Though the ramen noodles get mushy as time goes on, so its best the first time you eat it.
