what you need
- 1 box white cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together cake mix, eggs, and oil. Pat 2/3 of mixture into 9x13-inch pan.
In microwave, melt chocolate chips, butter and Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk together. Pour melted mixture over batter. Drop remaining batter by teaspoonfuls on the chocolate mixture.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
