what you need
- 3 cups finely chopped pecans
- 2 full shaken down cups powdered sugar
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 (14-ounce) bag flaked coconut
- 1-1/2 blocks Gulf Wax
- 2 bags (11 ounce each) real milk chocolate morsels
make it
Mix pecans, powdered sugar, Eagle Brand milk, vanilla extract and coconut in extra-large bowl with long handle of a wooden spoon. Roll into balls.
In a heavy, 4-quart saucepan, melt Gulf Wax (for fast melting, shave with potato peeler) with real milk chocolate morsels on very low heat.
Dip coconut balls in mixture. Cool on wax paper.
