what you need
- 1 pkg. (8-ounce) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 container (8-ounce) sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 pounds seedless grapes, washed and dried
- Brown sugar
- Chopped pecans, optional
make it
Beat cream cheese, add sugar and beat well. Add sour cream and vanilla extract to cream cheese mixture and mix well.
Stir enough cream cheese mixture into grapes to coat well. Add pecans and stir.
Put grapes in serving bowl, sprinkle brown sugar on top and add a few more pecans. Refrigerate.
Notes
I cut all of the grapes in half, and I usually just mix the salad up because it gets mixed up when people start eating out of it.
