what you need
- 1-1/4 cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs (about 24 wafers)
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 pkg. (8-ounce) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 can (14-ounce) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2/3 cup chocolate flavored syrup
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. instant coffee
- 1 tsp. hot water
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
- Additional chocolate crumbs, optional

Combine crumbs, margarine and sugar; press firmly on bottom and up side of 8- or 9-inch springform pan or 13x9-inch baking pan.
In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk and chocolate syrup until smooth. In small bowl, dissolve coffee in water; add to cheese mixture. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared pan; cover.
Freeze 6 hours or overnight. Garnish with chocolate crumbs, if desired. Return leftovers to freezer.
