- 2 cups (1 pint) coffee cream
- 1 can (14-ounce) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 can (6-ounce) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 tsp. grated orange rind
make it
In large mixing bowl, combine ingredients; mix well.
Pour into 8-inch square pan; cover.
Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving. Return leftovers to freezer.
Notes
FROZEN LEMON CREAM: Omit orange juice concentrate and orange rind. Use 1/2 cup ReaLemon Lemon Juice from concentrate and 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind. Proceed as above.
