what you need
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 can (14-ounce) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 jar (12-ounce) caramel ice cream topping
- 1 tub (8-ounce) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 2 to 4 Heath Bars, crushed

Bake cake according to directions in a 9x13-inch pan.
Mix sweetened condensed milk and ice cream topping together when cake is cooled, poke holes in it with a fork. Pour milk/topping mixture over top.
Let set before frosting with Cool Whip. Sprinkle crushed Heath bars on top. Keep refrigerated.
