what you need
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 can (15-ounce) sliced peaches
make it
Preheat oven to 350°F. In mixing bowl, whisk flour, sugar, milk, and butter until smooth.
Pour in lightly greased 9-inch baking pan. Pour peaches and their juice over the top.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until deep golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool. Cobbler will thicken as it cools.
