Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookies

what you need
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1-1/4 cups packed brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
make it
Preheat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, mix peanut butter, shortening, brown sugar, milk, vanilla and egg. Set aside. In separate bowl combine flour, salt and baking soda. Gradually add flour mixture in with peanut butter combination.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls on cookie sheet (ungreased). You can make a crisscross pattern in the cookie before baking by using a fork.
Bake for 7 to 8 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from pan and allow to cool on aluminum foil. Enjoy!
