what you need
- 12-ounce bow ties (farfalle)
- 6-ounce bag baby spinach
- 1-1/2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 24-ounce pkg. appetizer-size cooked turkey meatballs
- 1 cup diced fresh mozzarella
make it
Boil bow-ties as package directs, stirring in spinach just before pasta will be done.
Meanwhile heat marinara sauce, vinegar, and meatballs in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.
Toss with drained pasta, spinach, and mozzarella.
