Carol’s Chicken Chili

what you need
  • Cubed chicken pieces
  • 2 or 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 large can chicken stock
  • 1 large can Northern Beans (add more if you are making larger quantity)
  • 1 large onion (diced)
  • 1 package McCormick Chili Seasoning
  • Chili powder or red pepper to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Add milk or cream to lighten color
make it
Brown chicken pieces with garlic.

Add remaining ingredients (except milk) and simmer for as long as you like. The longer the better so the beans cook and the broth thickens.

I add the milk about 1/2 an hour before serving.
