- CAKE
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup Wesson oil
- 1 large bottle red food coloring
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ICING
- 1 pkg. (8-oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla

CAKE: Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream together sugar, oil and food coloring. Add eggs and beat. Add remainder of ingredients and beat well.
Bake in a 13x9-inch greased pan for 30 minutes. Cool before frosting.
ICING: Mix cream cheese with melted butter; beat well until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Spread on cooled cake.
